Bad charger and battery

If product that was sent did not have the manual
Nor did I get the cord for the charger.
And the rechargeable battery exploded.
I would like a refund I called to report this matter
And I go no response.
Bad form and bad call.

Hi Alvaro. We're really sorry about what happened to the solar charger and that you never got a response from us. Can you tell us what number you called and when you did, though? We're afraid we did not get a call and we hope it's not a problem with our phone lines. Also, to make sure we resolve this, please send us an email at info@thelaava.com with photos of the solar charger. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you again.
